Peak Season May 1 through September 30
Off Season October 1 through April 30
PRICING
- The weekly rental price for the home will be $3500 per week during Peak Season.
- Off Season rate is $400 per night (two night minimum) – 10% less for 4 or more nights
- Holiday rate is $500 per night (four night minimum)
- If a 31+ day booking is requested, Owner will agree with Tenant on appropriate discount
- The Owner may offer additional discounts to encourage off season bookings

Point Break Beach House requires a five night minimum reservation during peak season.
Monthly reservations are available. Returning visitors are entitled to a 5% discount.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied to all rentals. This fee is for the normal cleaning and maintenance of the property
following the rental.
